Am staggered that there is no safety system in place for this. Even a speed camera would presumably do the job, on the basis that you'd be sacked if it went off. Even on the roads people generally slow down even more than the speed limit when passing one.

If people were wanting to pay their respects by visiting the site with other Palace fans, fans are meeting at the Alma Pub on Clyde Road and then walk down at 2pm today.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |
