*Fans* like you is what is killing football. It's not a product, it's a way of life.

Who do you watch now by the way?

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

As Tim from Gypsy Hill quite rightly said its a way of life to a true supporter not a product. Look at the broad range of opinions on here and whilst we may not agree (at most times) we hold those views because of the love of our great club and as such share the roller coaster DNA and that has more defeats than victories. If you embraced the highs then do the same with the lows. The club need our support now more than ever so make that glass half full not half empty.

One last thing .......we can all thank our lucky stars that Churchill didn't share the same thought process!

Bring back Brolin

Why are people so obsessed with Brighton and Newcastle passing us on our way down. Yes its galling but seriouslyI. Forget about it. Who gives a flying f*** about them. IF Brighton come up they will be favorites for the drop next season. Rather we paid attention to our own situation and stopped bloody obsessing about what other clubs are upto

Couldn't give a toss about Newcastle but Brighton, that's a different kettle of weed scum altogether.
Every Palace fan knows that.

hey mo...what about the fact we didnt get relegated or wernt in any real threat of being so last season?

forgotten that have you?

No I haven't. (x2)
Thank Christ we got a decent first half of the season out of him because the second half was none too pretty. And it continued.

so does pardew get credit for

a) keeping us up
b) taking us to our 1st cup final since 1990
c) averaging a point a game this season before being sacked by the clueless yanks

because if you are going to be enough of a philistine to blame him for the crooked ones massive shortcomings then you at least have to give him credit for the good he did. you cant have it both ways

Pardew had 1 good year for us saving us from relegation and getting us to a cup final but nothing else apart from going on the worse losing run in palace history

Of course I give him credit. I didn't want him here in the first place, remembering him only too well in his playing days and his not overly impressive record as a manager.
However, unlike you with Allardyce, I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. Like so many of his previous jobs he started off well and then, true to form, the rot set in.
You seem to have become judge, jury and executioner all rolled into one with regards Allardyce.
Christ, new employees usually get a 3 month probationary period, don't they? Not just a few weeks!
Fact is, if he keeps us up he'll have performed a minor miracle with the mess left him. Go down and I know who should shoulder most of the blame and it's not the 'fat northerner' you despise.
