Yes, you have to wonder why the Swedish government are choosing not to monitor crimes in this way. if the statistics showed that crimes per head of population by immigrants were much lower than non-immigrants, then the government there would be proclaiming it loudly to help vindicate their open door immigration policy. Similar situation in South Africa with them suppressing vital information. Meanwhile the far right in Sweden become more and more significant - I wonder why.

Are there not areas that are 'iffy' in every city? I recall some nursery colleagues being given a police escort to carry out home visits for nursery children in Woolwich. Wasn't down to immigration according to one of the officers, just a usual thing in areas of extreme poverty.

But he is a policeman with experience of what is normal in Sweden so he might know what he is talking about yes? He says that a large proportion of crime is down to immigrants. Evidence enough on it's own? Maybe not.
Coupled with rioting in immigrant areas? A little more convincing perhaps. Will the testimony of 1000 policeman convince you? I doubt it.

Sweden, in many ways, represents the sort of country that the lefties here would like to see. A ‘progressive’ paradise where healthcare and university tuition are free, and workers get the most days of parental leave (480). Tax rates are among the highest anywhere, and inequality (whatever that means) is very low, ranking 142 out of 145 globally.
Yet despite this, Sweden is experiencing the same rise in anti-establishment nationalism as the rest of Europe and the US. Polls suggest support for the Sweden Democrats has risen to 21.5 %, just behind the ruling Social Democrats, with 25.7 % of support.
Other Polls have shown that immigration is the single biggest issue of concern to the electorate there. Meanwhile the Swedish government continues headlong with its deeply unpopular policies while cooking the books in terms of reporting crime statistics, downplaying recent race-riots etc.

Sweden has Stockholm syndrome ...But they are breaking free of it in increasing numbers....Still, Sweden and its Nordic neighbours are going to be pretty rough for quite a while.
