In my office I am aware that I'm the guy that looks most like a paedo. Beard, glasses and a bit creepy. My money would definitely be on me. But I work for a bank and I do volunteer work with kids so I am very well vetted. I also ensure that when I am surfing the net for ladies sans outfits, I always make sure they are over 40 to err on the side of caution. By all means they can be dressed as schoolgirls, but there's nothing sinister about that if you ask me.

I think i employ a Paedo. Didnt do any checks as he seems ok and always handy to have about when me and the wife want to go out, He is always up for a bit of baby sitting.

For the record though, just because your on the sexual offenders register doesn't automatically mean your a paedo. Just that you've been convicted of an offence that requires that you 'register'. In the US some people have been added to the 'nonce jotter' for public urination, or accidently forwarding or even receiving emails and photos of an underage girl or boy (who might be legal to have sex with, but not to have nude pictures of).

Not every one on the 'nonce jotter' is a pedo, some of them are just filthy sex cases, and some of them are really unlucky (and unfortunately their defence is the same as 90% of the guilty - I didn't know she wasn't 16).

I'm surprised I'm not on it. When I was 18 I was in the local park at about 3pm smoking copious amounts of weed and drinking a little cocktail of mine that I invented which involved Fosters and Smirnoff. I decided I needed to urinate, so I found a large tree to wee against. Mid flow I established that I was actually about a meter from the tree and there were a number of school girls walking down the path behind me on their way home while I stood there with Part-Time-James-Junior on full display. I hope the above doesn't get me put on the list.
