This summer any "Carlos kickable" defender is worth 40 mil. Lukaku is worth £75 mil. On that basis alone a proven Prem striker that scores 15 goals plus a season is worth at least 60 mil. We could not replace him for 30 mil in the current market

To me he blows hot and cold - you never know what you are going to get from him.

If we could get £60m... That's Sakho and £30m to find a European striker. Plus our remaining budget on otherplayers... I'm not saying we'd find a Benteke but any decent forward should be able to score goals for us with Wilf, Andros, Loftus-Cheek and Cabaye feeding them. Sakho, RVP plus £25m to find a half decent striker...? We'd then have three strikers and the best center half we could wish for. I'd probably deal.

Great running and dribbling though - people forget he's usually marked tightly so rarely has space to run into, but when he gets free he's no slouch! Thing that stands out for me from those highlights though is how badly we need to sign sakho!| JRW2 Dulwich 11 Jul 17 2.26pm |
