If siggy quoted at 50m to Everton, then Benteke worth 60+m guarantees 15 goals a season but we'd be foolish to sell. While it's great to have 60m in the bank, West Ham are currently struggling to find that 15 goal man. It's not about the money it's the lack of replacements and without Benteke goals last season we'd be down. I don't believe Steve parish would even consider it, plus mentioned when unveiling FDB that part of the reason frank was attract to Palace was our exciting front 3 of Zaha,Townsend and Benteke. Also think Everton would not spend 60m million on Benteke, when there's players abroad for cheaper.

It's interesting that in almost every media article about transfers, prices are almost estimated yet none of the rumours about Benteke have even guessed at a likely price.

Only way I could see it happening is if FdB knows of a couple of decent strikers in Europe he could get at a decent price.

Iheanacho could potentially have been one but think we're to late on that boat.
