Ultimately yes, all of them. If some are delegated then that delegation is capable of withdrawal. Parliament is sovereign.

Don’t think they see it that way in Scotland and Wales.

Probably not, but whilst they remain part of the UK the Westminster parliament is sovereign, although I freely acknowledge it would create a huge crisis if it decided to overturn the delegated powers.

It all comes back to the same point that you simply cannot accept that you might be wrong on whether Brexit will be a good overall outcome for the UK as a whole. I'm sure though that you know that the short term outcome will be positive for you personally - and you are probably right on that count.

As things stand it doesn't work or more accurately works however the elite want it to, which is the problem. A great example being the way Bercow has been able to single/highhandedly select and de-select the Brexit votes in the direction of his own clear bias. Another being how parliament have continuously ceded sovereignty via the smallprint to the EU without the general public being aware.

They are simply making it up as they go along.

We need major changes to the modern parliamentary system and a written constitution as our system is no longer fit for purpose. That includes variations of the US first (free speech) and second amendments (gun rights). People will see the second as extreme but not when/if we reach the point of a civil war or a major civil unrest and It's not far away.

Duplicate removed. My apologies but my internet connection is very poor here and frequently drops out. This seems to result in double posts appearing.

No it doesn't! Whether or not Parliament is sovereign has nothing to do with my, or any other opinion, on Brexit. I believe that the short, and long term outcome for me, and everyone else, will be entirely negative by the way. So you are wrong in every way.

I'm talking about the short term outcome of remaining - I should have made that clear

Ah, the "it's all the fault of the elite" excuse again! Both the right and the left place the blame on this mythical elite. As no-one has more than one vote it's just garbage.

If you want to see changes to our political system then the solution is entirely in your own hands. Convince enough others to elect a Parliament who agree with you and it will be done.

Until then we have what we have. Bitching about it won't change anything. Threatening direct action is not acceptable in any democracy as that presupposes that your opinion is better than any other. We change things via our votes.

Won’t work though will it? Any politician can agree with any policy then laugh in your face when they’re elected and say their opinion has changed. No wonder they lie so much when they’re so unaccountable.
