Had Davie been given a bursary I would think that more interesting. Most scholarships go to boys who are highly tutored and who often went to Prep schools.

When people criticise Trump and his supporters and throw the level of hate at them that they do.....I'm reminded of that saying about glass houses. Have a look at the Democrats and their insanity. Here are their protesters shouting 'shame' at that Jacob Frey, who is the young and left-wing mayor of Minneapolis. ....All because he won't go as far as defund the Police. [Tweet Link]

Better training and recruitment? What does that mean? Where exactly do you think Police officers come from? The working classes....What kind of 'better' are you talking about? What professions would these people be choosing otherwise where they suddenly decide they want to be dealing with criminals day in and out....because a bit more dosh.
