If you were in that situation - lets say someone grabbed your dog and swung it around to control you - what would you do? Knowing your dog was screaming with pain. We've gone from one poster saying the police do nothing to another saying they have the time and resources to persecute a group of people. There's only one group being persecuted here, and it's the ones doing something legal on private land. They aren't wearing red either so you haven't even looked at the story. The PCC for Sussex would be hard pressed to be in an old boys club too.

'The unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable'. Elsewhere I see that the tories have decided that animals do not feel pain. Especially on private land the fox is pleased to have the anaethesic effect of being ripped to pieces by hounds while still alive. They feel no pain you see. Vote conservative and be revolted.

If you rent a hotel room and someone else barges in to it can you not ask them to leave? The illegal part is the trespassing, even when it's accidental. Not that this was.

I watched the BBC footage three times and the sab had hold of the reins already and wouldn't let go when shouted at to do so. It would put a different complexion on the case if the lady charged at the Sab who then held the reins to prevent another charge. Horsey people do sometimes treat people in the same way as they treat horses. Come to think of it ....

I am not a hunt saboteur but have witnessed how the police treat such people if they happen to be in attendance and it is in a pejorative manner irrespective of whether the saboteurs are acting illegally or not. The 'old boy reference was a euphemism for how societal establishments, such as the police,support certain segments of society over others.

If the police were persecuting them they'd be shutting the saboteurs down preemptively. I don't blame them for being pejorative to people who are wasting their time, not doing as they're told to and are harassing people doing something legal. Our resident hol policeman can answer your other claims.
