Before mass immigration the British led the world in this field. Israel for example is a country (and an ethnostate) with less than 15 million people and leads the world with the number of Nobel prizes. There is no reason that collaboration can't happen anyway....Nope this is a non point.

The answer to this is similar to the last answer. Firstly all of them would be replaced with our own artists and secondly we don't need them here to enjoy their input.

Ok, once again.

The British empire was for the gain of the British.

We had and have no obligation to those within the Empire other than what we decided for ourselves. The action of giving people access to the British homeland was a disaster for the native British.

As a reward for giving a home to foreigners we get attacked as 'racists' (really)
and we find that over time we get our culture, history and traditions belittled, demeaned, silenced and destroyed.

Errrr....How was that a benefit again? If the British in the fifties could see what was going to happen there would literally have been non stop riots.

I don't care what it is, or what anyone else thinks about what's better or worse about European countries or Britain or wherever. The fact is that this is the land of my ancestors and hence my heritage.

My position is no different to the Tibetan position, the native American position, the position of all the nationalists in India and Africa who won back control of their own countries from European colonizers.
