All I am doing is giving my honest opinion about our prospects.

Given our abject start, it has been some achievement by Hodgson to get us where we are and give us a chance of avoiding the dreaded drop but I genuinely feel, for the reasons I have stated, that we will fall short of our objective.I have been consistent in my message for some weeks now and I don't feel there is any reason for me to change my mind.

Let's look at Soiuthampton.They win their game in hand and they are above us.

They didn't look too bad at all at Arsenal and I thought they were going to get a draw.Evidently they were vastly improved since they played at W.Ham.

Up front Austin has returned and they can also call on the likes of Carillo,Gabbiadini and Long so they are better served in this department than we are.
Ward-Prowse deliveries at set plays are very impressive and Tadic can 'Unlock doors'.

They lose this weekend and we beat Brighton and we are 6 points clear from them. Good night Vienna. It can be that simple as well if we turn up and beat Brighton.

This scenario would be absolutely fantastic but it is all "Ifs".I for one cannot see us beating Brighton and looking at how Chelsea have performed in the last couple of games it is possible that Southampton could get something from the game.

If Southampton beat Chelsea in the 12.30 KO they go above is which will put even greater pressure on us when we play Brighton.One can just sense this is going to happen !

Might have to start calling you a loser, what with all this negative doom mongering when it's very possible we'll be ok.

Heavens - I will lose sleep over this.I have been called far worse.

I have formed an opinion and to be truthful it is causing me distress. Just ask my wife !
