The potential for getting lost in the weeds with that one is pretty high. It's a valid argument but essentially a pointless one.

Racism can refer to many different situations.

When it comes down to bias I've pointed out the complete inconsistency and hypocrisy of those who claim that people can have no preferences in regards to immutable characteristics.

From the preference for the good looking and non preference for the ugly....short to tall....intelligent to dim. All immutable characteristics. But suddenly when it's race any preference you might have is a crime.

It's an example of indoctrination.

Stormzy can be pro black if he wants. I very much doubt he hates whites. He is doing what most black people do naturally, having a preference for a heritage .....The only annoyance for me is the double standard applied to others.

I judge an individual upon how they behave. I judge groups upon holistic data.

They go to the same schools as the rest of the population they have the same opportunities as the rest of us. It is only a tiny minority that are the elite and can be called white privilege for the rest of us it is called life.

I have worked with plenty of black people who are smart and have some get up and go, one thing they don't do is stand around wringing their hands and complaining. Life is a struggle except for the few. I know plenty of good looking people who sail through life without much effort as doors open for them easily. The rest of us have to work our backsides off, stop complaining until you really have something to complain about.

There is no legal difference in the law stopping anyone in this country. In fact the law isn't equal and has created a 'diversity' industry that discriminates against meritocracy and focuses only upon racial quotas.

As I was raised in a council estate. I really resent your crap that suggests that I had it....easier in some way because I'm white. The opposite is in fact true. Whites in recruitment are so eager for non whites to succeed that they are biased against their own in many cases.

Clearly not. But is that solely the fault of white people? And if so, are there any specific reasons why other minority groups do not seem to struggle as much?

Now I have no idea about what you do professionally but would you be happy to have quotas imposed even if it meant your earning potential might be impacted on? Or perhaps forms of positive discrimination introduced in other areas of life to try and deal with the discrepancies?
