Not solely, of course not. There's a myriad of factors, but a very large part of it is the embedded system and society that we have created for ourselves (largely by white people - not our fault, the history of this country is largely white).

I work in a pretty large accountancy firm and one of the most senior in a team of 50 odd and interview people all the time. I am not a fan of quotas whatsoever but I do believe a team benefits from having a make-up of people from different sexes, backgrounds, races etc. as it helps you benefit from different perspectives, thought processes etc. that helps you operate in a way reflective of the current world. I honestly do not think we would work better if we had a team of 50 white male English blokes.

If that counts as positive discrimination towards non-white English blokes then guilty.

I nearly lost my life in a gang attack on Stockwell park estate as a 17 year old. I've written about it previously on here. It was the final straw before our old man moved us out of Stockwell and up here.

You really should start looking at statistics Castro instead of believing your filtered protected experiences are reality.

There's a bit more to "have it far better" in reality. It's very easy to simplify others experiences. There are many prior factors to take into account from upbringing, environment, preconceptions based on race etc. Advantages aren't advantages if you're never in the position to take advantage of them. I agree that lowering standards for particular people isn't the right way to fix the problem. There should instead be more opportunities for all kids to excel at a young age. Of course kids don't choose where they go to school though, and if you're not around aspiration or success you're less likely to work toward it. That's true of most people really.

As for "They cannot help themselves" plenty of people regardless of race don't help themselves, or have advantages they didn't earn or disadvantages they didn't deserve. You see it very clearly with class too. Is it an amazing coincidence that almost every Prime Minister went to Eton? Is it because we're all dense, or due to a combination of advantageous factors and connections from birth to adulthood that shoe horn them into a position of power despite them being no more intelligent than millions of other people. They "have it far better" not some generalised idea of a black guy it's easy to wag a finger at.

No, he is bad. Lets not minimise this. It is absolute discrimination and against the law of the land. Essentially he discriminates against people based on the colour of their skin to assuage his own white guilt. He makes decisions about the careers of others to ensure he gets his hit of well-being. I am now convinced that virtue signalling gestures such as this are actually an addiction that can lead to potentially catastrophic consequences. It is pure serotonin chasing and is becoming increasingly prevalent.

Everything people do is for reward of one kind or the other. Why on earth would those white people kneel like that of their own validation? A gun to the head, then I get it although I like to think that I would rather die but who honestly knows? So what do they get out of it? Has to be a buzz of somekind. And what comes next for them? Kneeling only works the once really. After that, the hit will not be so good. Will require even more subservience.

But to do that voluntarily? Nah. Potentially turning points for me in all of this.
