And your occasional forays into the politics section to give the 'insider' but still circumspect thoughts of the grass roots Tory membership are appreciated.

Perhaps many feel that this forum would be far better without ‘Yours truly’.

I certainly have no desire to outstay my welcome, accordingly if many expressed this view I would certainly say my farewells and disappear into the long grass.

On almost every occasion he was offensive to those who disagreed with him, sometimes very personally. He tended to particularly dominate Roy Hodgson threads, verbally bullying those who thought that Roy was doing a good job in difficult circumstances.

There are opinions posted on here that I don't agree with, and it is perfectly valid to question Roy's tactics and use of substitutes without slagging off those who have a different view.

We are well rid in my opinion.

Let’s hope not as the thread is about ChrisG and not about a limited clunker like me.
