Yes I’m of the opinion that if we can hire a manager we’re happy with and suits us now and in the next few seasons then we part company with Roy. I wouldn’t sack Roy without a clue as to what to do next, which is our usual starting place after a manager surprises us he’s had enough.

4-5-5-3-5-4-4 The above figures indicate the number of rest days between our games since the restart. Add in no fans and no atmosphere at games and it's totally obvious that it's not football as we know it. Basically no time to train normally between games or properly recover from niggling injuries. Probably not much time for proper analy.ing videos of opponents. Obviously it's not great that we have lost seven on the trot but I am not going to panic or start screaming for the manager to be sacked unless when we are back to normal with weeks between games its still happening.

We play the same every game. Why waste time anylyzing how opponents play. Spend that time wisely on the training pitch practising why you dont need to anylyze other teams

Leicester didn't wait around to keep Ranieri when things were going wrong. Arsenal kept Wenger for as long as they could. Look at their current league positions.

The relevance being that Leicester won the league that year and Arsenal came second, it shows the strenght of that league that year. So it is very relevant to comparing recent Palace managers.
