That said today it depends upon the environment....for example during up at yours for an interview might not count...Getting a job at the BBC...stuff like that. Sure, and where people agree on those areas that's fine. Where they don't agree it isn't. People should be allowed to pursue their own ideas on what those are. Well, if an office is mostly filled with men it's usually because mostly men applied for the jobs....office staff or the boss. I remember working in a publishing house and it was probably 60/40 majority female.....people apply to jobs they are attracted to. Teaching is a majority female job now as well....most students at university are females. As for 90 out of 100 males being straight....that's probably between that and 95 of males anyway.
