Cooper is reportedly on his way to Fulham. And there have been strong rumours about this since the end of last week. Lampard surely and thankfully isn’t going to come anyway. The one time he didn’t pick the obvious choice and backed himself with a left of field option we got FDB. How did that go? Our approach to transfer windows has been abysmal and shambolic for years.
