All very confusing as if we sell Zaha there will be more funds to spend but makes rebuilding the team more complicated .

The way Zaha has been sulking and not performing in the last few months I think it is better if he moves on. That is unless we sign a high profile manager who can change his mind and motivation. The way Zaha has been sulking and not performing in the last few months I think it is better if he moves on. That is unless we sign a high profile manager who can change his mind and motivation.

Trouble is he ain’t shown that for the last couple seasons, so no one gonna pay more than 35. ABs that discrepancy will be the issue.

Totally agree. We need rid of him. Trouble is, parish knows what he’s capable of. And that’s an $80m player. Trouble is he ain’t shown that for the last couple seasons, so no one gonna pay more than 35. ABs that discrepancy will be the issue.

Pretty arrogant of us to assume we're regarded any higher than Burnley as a squad considering how badly we've starved it of investment in recent years.

I suspect every fanbase in the PL was probably saying the exact same about Palace the minute Roy announced he was leaving.

Newly promoted teams to the PL have a 50/50 chance of going straight back down (2 out of 3 this year in fact). We at least are more established and guaranteed PL football next year. Neither Cooper's club nor Ismael's (nor Thomas Frank's for that matter) are, so yes it is feasible that a deal has been done with one of them.

Newly promoted teams to the PL have a 50/50 chance of going straight back down (2 out of 3 this year in fact). We at least are more established and guaranteed PL football next year. Neither Cooper's club nor Ismael's (nor Thomas Frank's for that matter) are, so yes it is feasible that a deal has been done with one of them.

I am pragmatic when it comes to Palace. If we have a small transfer budget there is no point appointing a manager like Lampard or Howe. Better to appoint a manager used to working with no budget that one who says this is a list of my targets and the club doesn't get any. One more point
