The only manager who will come to us, is one who knows the risks, but will want to gain good will, look at Brighton, finished 16th, weren't that good on paper, but gained plaudits for the set up... a manager will come in, want that respect.... and then move on.

The other clubs know our set up, it's no secret... any manager that comes in will be assessed on what he can do with this club in a year and if we go down playing better than what we have been, then that manager has done his job and will be off.

We have no money, the youth team is hardly ready to step in...

If I were parish, I mean, I can see him starting next season with he books balanced and 17th the goal with an eye on being the best team in the EFL if we were to be relegated.

Got to question the board for letting so many players out of contract at same time. With today's news about Ferguson adding to the problem next season could be a nightmare. Really need one or two of the under 23 to step up. Cannot think of a new manager relishing this job at all, are luck seems to have run out. What a difference a week makes.
