New ticketing system using mobiles

I just checked this morning in my app wallet and still not there l even tried to save to G Pay and a error page came up.

Here's a new one. When I went to the Wallet it said: Redeem a ticket. I clicked on that and it said Enter the 6 digit code you were sent.
Guess what: I have not been sent any code, 6 digits or otherwise.
This farce goes on.

Here's the next f*ck-up. I found the wallet which shows two of our family's three season tickets. But these two tickets show the same seat number.
I saved them to Googlepay but can't see how to display both of them. So when I get to the turnstile, do I have to go through this laborious process twice?
And anyway, where's our third ticket?

I have a different problem...
Unable to go on Saturday so daughter plans to use my ticket. I can access the Season ticket on the App and having downloaded Gpay I can access the QR code.So all good so far.
But when I attempt to take a screenshot I get the message "screenshot not allowed due to security policy". So I cannot transfer the ticket to my daughter to attend the game.

Ive just spoken to the box office. Some people have STs set up and some dont and it is luck of the draw - I have none yet...

Apparently we will all have them by friday or if not we will be issues paper tickets..

Lets see what happens.

Getting through to the box-office wont be easy but you could phone or email them and ask for an e-ticket.

We all do it but I think that sharing tickets is against the terms and conditions so it's possible they may refuse.

 


It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

And what about the other three members of my family whose tickets I I administrate?

This is well beyond a joke. Criminally.

Saturday's game is a 12.30pm kick off. I'm travelling from Wiltshire. Exactly what stupid o'clock do they want me to leave home to queue at the B.O?

A suggestion: maybe get someone else to take a photo of the QR code?

But oh my days, what a disaster this all is.

Box Office know that I haven't got a Smart phone but I still haven't received an email etc telling me how i get into the game on Saturday!

I'm so happy that I am on holiday and can't attend otherwise I'd be making myself ill with stress over this!

It's an utter shambles and I just hope they have something in place by the time of the Br*ght*n game.

Info for anyone having trouble on Android especially Samsung (which I have).

You must have the latest CPFC App installed on your phone which was posted on the CPFC website on 2 September under the News section.
Once logged in do the following.
Click on your initials top right.
My Account.
More... bottom left.
Tickets.
Access Fan Wallet.
Season Ticket.
Save to Phone.

You must also have Chrome set as your default browser and not Samsung Internet.
To change go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Internet > Browser App > Chrome.
Terrible info from the club and believe me I'm awful with modern day technology, so if I can do it, anyone can, good luck.
