I wasn't at Selhurst today, but judging by the critical comments on the match thread from some of you about Wilf's game it does seem like his attitude hasn't improved. Patrick should take him on one side and make it plain that, unless he cuts out his petulant behaviour and concentrates on playing the quality football we all know he's capable of, then his days at Palace are numbered. Maybe the Chairman should tell him the facts of life too. He's not doing himself any favours with his approach to the game, but what's worse he's not doing CPFC any favours either.

Awful today, should be sold, but i don't think anyone will buy him. Outplayed by Ajer says it all.

Disgraceful attitude today. Not playing well is one thing but the constant whingeing, moaning at his team mates, refusing to shake the hands of the opposition is quite another. For the first time today I felt we'd be better off without him. PV should bench him for a couple of games or so and let's see what happens.Enough is enough.

Wilf’s talent is undoubtable, but we are seeing more and more performances like today. If he genuinely believes that he is top drawer he needs to find a way of imposing himself on the game and making a difference. Playing up against Ajer should have been a fun day for him today, but I cant remember him beating him. We shouldn’t expect him to be on fire every week, but what’s disappointing is that even if he isn’t on form, we have to play him as we don’t really have any other options. Lets hope we get a few reinforcements in, and that PV has the balls to sub him if its not working.

If he wants to leave then we should cash in. The trouble is no one wants him. Other teams don't view him with the rose tinted glasses that most of our fans do. He's not as good as 1) he once was, 2)he thinks he is 3) Brentford's right back. Well past it and needs dropping after today's effort (or lack of it).

I am sick of the sight of him at this stage. Offered nothing today and appears to have lost all his pace.

I totally agree... Some are still making excuses for him after today saying 'oh it's hard for him as he's double marked, triple marked blah blah blah'... Well not today he wasn't.. He just looked totally uninterested in anything apart from arguing with people. Brentford closed us down quickly and I thought fought very well, they fully deserved to beat Arsenal and get their point today, Zaha's pass to Conor Gallagher's best opportunity could quite easily have won us the points today and teams fully understand how to wind him up and in doing so stop us unfortunately.

I've always made excuses for Wilf - but now I think he should just be honest and hang up his boots. I hate to say it but I believe he has lost his passion for playing. Wilf should've at least been inspired by Macca, our top player, today.
