That I express positive opinions comes, I guess, from a career which was based in sales and marketing. Without wishing to appear immodest, I was a pretty successful salesman and went on to train many others. I trust, though, that when I feel unsure about something, I say so. I am a lot more mellow than I used to be. Nothing, other than bad service or rudeness, tends to make me cross these days. At 77, I retain a zest for life and lots of energy, although that's beginning to wane a little.
