And, for the avoidance of doubt, after eating Sir Keir went back to work until 1am, long after naughty Ivo Delingpole's bed time. This is so pathetic.

According to the rules at ANY time you could take food whilst at work if it was necessary.

That is literally all that happened. And, for the avoidance of doubt, after eating Sir Keir went back to work until 1am, long after naughty Ivo Delingpole's bed time.

I have said this lots of times but you ignore it, no idea why that may be. Do you write for the Daily Mail?
