Heard that Benteke is struggling with something akin to 'Long Covid' and can't play more than about 30 mins football max. Anyone know if there's any truth in this?

Benteke's ability to run around and put in more than 30 minutes of footballing effort has been a problem for the past 3 years and pre-dates Covid. The only respite he seems to have in this time is 6 weeks before his contract is up for renewal. Good with his head, too slow, and always in the wrong place. Time to ship him out.

Not sure he has ever recovered mentally from his knee injury. He appears half hearted the whole time except for heading where he is still very strong. He never gets stuck in. He rarely sprints. His ball control is poor. His positioning below average. Age is against him now. He appears to be third choice. We definitely should not be paying him more than £50.000.00 per week max.
