Apart from his anti semitism his reluctance to condemn Russia for poisonings and his semantics about attending terrorist funerals are soon forgotten. A man who led Labour to polling over 40% in 2017 is now considered no longer fit for purpose by the party he once led.

I think I heard the other day that the average conservative MP is actually more left wing than the average northern Labour voter. There are a hell of a lot of people on both left and right who aren't being represented politically. Personally, I view it as the the elites getting their 'acceptable' versions of both Tory and Labour, rather than either representing the majority of those voting for them. I think I heard the other day that the average conservative MP is actually more left wing than the average northern Labour voter.

There are a hell of a lot of people on both left and right who aren't being represented politically.

Personally, I view it as the the elites getting their 'acceptable' versions of both Tory and Labour, rather than either representing the majority of those voting for them.
