You have absolutely no basis for making that claim. GB News no more represents the view of the majority than you do. They representative the views of a noisy minority. One that has always existed, but now has more access than before to each other and the ability to confirm each other's biases.

Valid points about it being more representative – it covers a broader range of topics than mainstream news, less London centric and has a wider range of employees than just londonites.

The name and branding is dross though. It's the classic lame British attempt to copy an American brand (badly) rather than trying to create something original. Fox/GB etc. I get the reasoning as it's overtly brash and nationalistic to appeal to its core audience but if it ever tries to outgrow them it will struggle without going back to the drawing board. It will also need to up the quality levels somewhat.
