Presumably because they are considered to be the best available options in their positions. The same logic applied to management isn't acceptable.

There are reasons why so many Black players are playing in our leagues, a lot of which is due to the scouting process at school age and the price of players from certain countries.

Selecting managers and coaches is based on their perceived abilities and likelihood of winning games.

We now have many people employed in this country who were selected purely to tick a box and there are many examples, some of which I am personally aware of, who could not do the job. Top football clubs cannot afford to do that with manages.

taking the knee is old hat , theres lots of ways legally to change things , point has been made and there is change , disjointed but happening . i have 5 close black friends and there feed up with it , biggest problem is the black millionaires who cry they are hard done by , really not all white people are millionaires , so how about we get along together it does work
