They re-looked at this in 2021, and once again dismissed it as a possible option.

It's been covered extensively on this forum and elsewhere why that site is not viable.

I understood that when the Whitehorse Lane stand was built, the footings were put in place to take a second tier that would go above sainsburys. Once the boxes are up and running in the new stand, the second tier could be built in their place. Or, as usual, have I mis understood/dreamed this?
