It's not allocating "blame" but simple logistics. People are living longer which is a good thing but inevitably puts more strain on the NHS.

No-one denies the figures. It's how you respond which is where the differences lie. I thought, by the way, that you were suggesting that an increase in the crime rates was down to immigration.
