I don’t think you understood what I wrote Which of course is the point If you came across as someone people can get along with they may choose to do work for you rather than run a mile. Or just not care about the quality of work they do for you.

Way back when, I heard a saying describing an expert. It's a little dated, but here goes: 'X' is an unknown quantity and a spurt is a drip under pressure. I'll get me coat.
