In answer, no, they're not being starved(that we know of), yes, they are being 'bombed' with constant rocket/drone attacks for years. Was it not the 'Palestinians' that attacked, murdered, raped, mutilated innocent Israeli's that started this latest round of escalation?

However, in terms of scale of the killing and the recency of it, it doesn't make much sense to suggest that concern for civilians on either side of this should currently be equal - clearly one group are in a significantly worst situation and significantly more at risk.
