I have no idea but would guess very few. Everyone knows that illegal migration is a major problem. It is here too, on a different scale, although we are a smaller country.

It’s not the knowing that’s in dispute. It’s how you manage it. When there is such a huge demand, and so many access points, trying to plug every gap is a big enough problem in itself. When you know that most of those trying to enter do so for the simple reason to make the life of themselves and their families safer and more secure it also produces humanitarian and moral dilemmas.

There are no easy and quick solutions. The demand won’t disappear unless the countries they are leaving become safer and more prosperous. You don’t leave your home and community lightly.

I don’t know the answers. I don’t think anyone does. The problem is that it becomes a political football which politicians exploit to make undeliverable promises, ultimately serving no one.

It would be best if this was taken out of politics and for there to be an approach agreed by all which was maintained by whichever administration was in office. With the divisive nature of today’s US politics that’s a dream, not a practicality.

For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally.

But the suspicion arises because in the street you cannot tell who is here legally and who isn’t. And to question this situation gets you in trouble with Gary Lineker.

As to your question - I'm on the same side as you. The one that got tired of the situation and moved out of London.

There is a pop up outrage group for pretty much everything.
I suspect it consists of largely the same people.

They can often be identified by a number of traits.
Fat, ugly, unemployed, blue, green or purple hair, covered in face furniture and far left wing.

It's a simple choice really. We either have more children in the West or we disappear.
The only positive from this is that global population seems to be tanking, except for Sub Saharan Africa. That can only be a positive for planet Earth. It could mean that the upper and perhaps the mid range predictions for maximum population size will not be realised. Of course, it doesn't mean that the population will suddenly stop increasing. It will grow for some time yet, certainly for our lifetime.
