28 goals in 11 appearances for Fiorentina? Hardly prolific if you ask me. If we somehow end up with him, the fans on here will still moan.

Ignore my previous post. It should of been the other way around IE 11 goals in 28 appearances

From what I read it's 9 in 28 but that was two seasons ago. Didn't do much this year.

While it would be a risk to pin all our hopes on this guy, just imagine if he became another bony or benteke. He has all the credentials and apparently is well suited to the premier league. I think he would be very good if we could get him as a second striker. Obviously I still want benteke though mr parish!!

I know it means jack, but James Richardson who knows a fair bit about hte Italian league said on his podcast that Babacar would boss it for Palace when he heard of our rumoured interest in Jan. Whilst he isn't proven in the prem why some people are writing him off already is beyond me. He may well turn out to be the next Benteke (although I am in the camp of really wanting Benteke)
