I see May et al are doing well on their deficit reduction plan and those cuts in corporation tax are having the desired effect on receipts.

I'll take that response as a no.

I can assure you that econometrics is no pseudoscience and employs mathematical rigour at its heart.

But it cannot define the reasons for mortality rate. No one can accurately do that. One might as well try and predict the weather with maths.

Are you happy that those are the only two dependencies?

No you can't. It would be highly unscientific to do so because there are far too many unknown factors.

I think your are wrong in your latest answer but I believe everybody may be talking Morbidity rather than Mortality / Longevity anyway.

and government policy.

That would be covered by environment.

Your drivel isn't worth a response. I'm just being too polite.

Well, environment covers pretty much everything. obviously, you could divide it up into sub categories.

Morbidity is more specifically about disease that death by any cause.

It is about the overall health of a population not just the classic definition of a "disease". (i.e. malaria)

You call how government policy (national and local)can affect longevity of citizens drivel.

Methinks you don't have a counter argument to this hence the shutdown response.
Standard.

Can anyone recall something May's done which has been good and successful?

Genuine question. Struggling to think of anything.

I'll take any successes she had as Home Secretary.

Her failings are many and clear it seems and chickens are now coming home to roost on her and the rest of her government's record.
