that means at best we have just 11 players out of squad of 25 that are worth their wages!

A few more than that are good enough to compete in the prem but any more than 2 needing replacing from the first 11 and we're screwed. No striker is a new phenomenon Parish is learning why nobody risks that.

That was a strange game. For 30 minutes we were absolute class, knocking the ball around, short passes that were incisive and caused all kinds of problems. Chongy and RLC especially looked good but Puncheon was hustling well, Riedewald even looked ok, and Sako and Kaikai's movement was excellent. Smashed the bar, keeper made a couple of good saves, we scored, away end bouncing and not a peep out of Bristol City either their fans or their players.

Then, suddenly, it all changed. PvA's gift, one City player holding off all our defence to score while we couldn't clear a throw and the confidence vanishes. Sudddenly it's all them. They have two cracking strikes, one barely believable and it's 4-1.

Everyone vanishes. RLC completely absent, Chongy had to go off after one of several unpunished fouls. The home fans found their voice and all our ironic songs start, the only one worth repeating being 'you're nothing special, we lose every week' which made me smile.

The incredible thing was the turnaround. I was genuinely thinking at the half hour mark that we'd get a couple more and give the youngsters some time in the second half. Unbelievable.

Yeah that and the city boys appraisal pretty much sums it up for me.

The transition from insouciant arrogant dominance to whipping boys in the blink of an eye was extraordinary .

The main negative is that - old news - our squad is not deep. Sako aside, these guys just gave up. I hope RIC and van Aanholt raise their games on Saturday.

The other negative is Hennessey. I was not one of his knockers. I thought he was about right for our club. Some good games; some bad. Last night showed his confidence is gone and that he should never play for us again.

The positives are the 9 changes for Saturday; sako - who knew?; and the support as always.

RLC 'disappearing' was a big dissapointmeny for me. Thought he would take the game by thd scruff of the neck. I'll be amazed if PVA plays on saturday, not just because of the mistakes, but his apparent attitude.

The game seemed to change on the obvious PVA mistake but also the introduction of their big striker Duric. Tomkins and Kelly couldn't handle him with Kelly seemingly more interested in holding Duric than attacking the ball for their 2nd goal - similar to the Abrahams goal for Swansea.

Let's just be thankful neither of them will start on Saturday vs Carol.

And my goodness he must realise that the 'Pool' he has to choose from is relatively small and perhaps decreasing by the week.

But we all know this so no surprises. And one hears pundits saying that with the players we have got we shouldn't be struggling !

A disgraceful result against a Bristol C side who had failed to score in their previous 2 Home games. We took the lead and totally capitulated - bloody spineless.I feel sorry for our supporters who made the trip - they deserved much better.Yes some players are "NOT fit to wear the shirt".

That lesson can be very expensive if we are relegated, it sees to me that he has learnt nothing over the last five years, as he keeps repeating his errors!

Bristol City paid £1.5 Mill for him from Cesena.Don't think he has played much this season.A striker who is capable of playing up front on his own or in a 2 man strike force.

Our so-called scouting is barely National League standard.

I agree about RLC. But as I've said elsewhere, he's young and raw and we can't look to him. In a few years he could be a fantastic player but he's not there yet.

It's the senior players that need to be bossing the midfield, especially Cabaye.

You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue

The funniest thing is my son was stood next to me and said at about 35 minutes in... "Dad, we are playing like Barcelona!..."

He was right. Talk about the kiss of death though.
