This could be said about anyone. Why didn't Corbyn?

Also, how do you know he hasn't said anything about this? Are you going to tell me he hasn't talked about this?

He is anti Islam in the country. That is his main concern. I don't agree with all his views on it but his push and activism against radical Islam and the appleasement of the British state has the support of many people.

Still, the other side always has you to mention Yewtree and patchy evidence about Westminister politicians to somehow in your head discredit him.

It’s more the myopia of singling out Islam for responsibility for child sex crimes that’s the problem. Go back even 50 or 60 years, and it was legal in this (Christian) country to rape your wife. It has subsequently come out that the Catholic Church, much of our celebrity culture and God only knows how much of our civil culture were clearly rife with men abusing their power, thinking they could get away with it.

Why is it Islam, then, rather than Catholicism or ‘black culture’ or ‘Eastern European culture’ which is now being held responsible? Perhaps it’s because Islam has been manufactured in to a target, not by Robinson and the white working class, but by Western government who have now spent 3 decades fighting a ‘War on Terror’. That due to these wars, often costing us billions for little reward, we have created a stream of migration towards us, all the while having further radicalised those we were bombing.

It has been the easy target of our generation, promoted in the media, weaponised by politicians and, sadly, gulped down by many of our compatriots.

Again, once again, Robinson campaigns on being anti Islam in the country. He is not responsible for the ills of the Catholic Church or any other institution.

Once again, I'll make the same point because it isn't getting through, shall we criticise Brian May for only having an interest in Badgers......Why isn't he tackling 'insert' deflection issue.

You conflate the problems with minority groups in general with Robinson. He only campaigns on Islam as far as I'm aware. For example, he's pro Israel and the Jewish are also a minority in the country.

Yeah but come on, there’s a bit of room between being pro badger and anti a billion strong major global religion.

Can you not see how making your only aim and motive in life to be against a religion and culture, and conflating the wrongs of some individuals as being indicative of their entire group, might be seen as a bit...well, 1930s Joseph Goebbells wannabee?

Something stinks about this entire turn of events.

OK, I accept that my take on it all can easily be dismissed as conspiracy nonsense but bear with me.

The one thing that those on the Right who believe that TR was imprisoned because of free speech issues need to focus on a single fact. TR pleaded guilty. He accepted that he had done wrong. That he should not have been outside that court on that day at that time.

Now I do not believe TR is a stupid man. I think he is bright, articulate and although lacking a formal education is more than capable of understanding the terms of his suspended sentence along with what contempt of court means.

But he was there outside that Court room and transmitting live. Knowing full well what was coming down.

Now if TR had pleaded non-guilty, I might be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but the fact that he effectively surrendered to the Establishment, convinces me that he is a state agent. That he has been deliberately used to act as a lightning rod and that who ever was behind him, pulling the strings, decided that now was the time to rein him in and effectively turn him into a clay idol.

My prediction is that he will come out and proclaim himself a changed man. How he was wrong. And start proclaiming all the progressive bulls***.

This is how the Establishment does it. They see the anger and know that they are not willing to truly deal with the problem. So they set up figure heads, use them to bring others out of the wood work, and then knock them down.

I believe we are being played on this.

As I stated earlier, I accept that I will be accused of donning the tin foil hat but I have suspected that TR had been co-opted a long time ago.

And before anybody decides to take me to task on this, ask yourself one single question. Why the guilty plea? TR puts himself up as a man of principle. Willing to say what others will do not. As a Guardian of free speech.

I’ve gotta be honest Stirling I don’t listen to him. I was just taking what you said of him (he only campaigns on Islam) and making a comparison.

I did read a lovely book of Sufi poetry recently though, which I’m sure Mr Robinson, being such an expert in Islam as you say, has also read enthusiastically.

While Robinson thinks all Islam is incompatible with western values personally I fail to see many problems coming from Sufis.

Perhaps you should watch an interview Robinson has done with a pro western Imam to get a handle on this.

Wow.....you're putting our favourite Tux to shame with the old tin foil there my son!

I don't think you're right but I certainly enjoyed the post.

And if you're right.....I'm gonna start checking under the flower pots for listening devices.

As for the 'why plead guilty'. Well, you regularly get 1/3 off the sentence if you plead guilty so I hear......He was badly advised and the Judge went way overboard with the sentence.

Done like a kipper.

Lads, it’s nearly the weekend. Take those tin hats off and enjoy yourself for 48 hours. Maybe even treat yourself and venture outdoors.

What an amusing view you have of your fellow Palace fans.

Honest, I don't live in a bunker.

Interesting idea. Stirling is not keen on conspiracy but I'm willing to see how it all turns out before deciding.
