On Robinson; take his views on Islam out of the equation entirely, and look at his track record as a bloke - I struggle to see how anyone can’t think he’s an arsehole at best. Having said that, I agree with a lot of what he says on religion and free speech, to a point, and I think he deserves credit for the initial awareness raising that he did. I'll point out that no one here actually knows the guy....you just get fed the media narrative, unless you have watched his videos....which most who say they have issues with him haven't. If you dislike Islam and think that the country is betraying secularism who else is fighting your corner in public life?
