It seems here that if we disagree with taking the knee before games then we are automatically racist in some posters eyes.
I disagree with it so for those here who are shouting loudly am I a racist in your eyes?

Lets all make an assumption that a % of people who take the knee in this manner are doing so with zero knowledge about what BLM actually stands for but instead are doing it as a kindly gesture of solidarity over issues of racism in general.

But perhaps this now causes real confusion and therefore it might be for the best if a new gesture is agreed upon which clears up any notion that this is political?

Spiked summing up how most people on here feel about the situation.

So I’ll say it again on here. I hope at our first game back from being banned our lot give it a good booing.

The gesture as you call it is already there. It called playing football together no matter what race. Far too much is spoken about race.

Ignorance is not an excuse as if someone did an innocent gesture that was deemed offensive or racist they wouldn’t be afforded the same leniency.

Sounds more like Blackmail Matters and is the most childish argument to a debate heard in years. Maybe ever.

Not really - just asking that's all.
I wouldn't boo the players ever for doing it but I just do not believe it is achieving anything now that's all and I dislike being put in a box by people just for having a view - this particular issue makes those who disagree an easy target in my opinion.
Like I have said previously I have been educated on a couple of things since this all blew up earlier in the year that had never even occurred to me before so that is a good outcome - certainly for me anyway and I would never have classed myself as having any bias at all.

There's a big difference between disagreeing with something and actively booing it.

There’s also a big difference behind booing a gesture and disagreeing with the sentiment behind it.

So what?

If you disagree with something booing is an option.

If there were silence then the pro kneeling could claim everyone accepted what they didn't.

True, but I choose to largely ignore your posts rather than actively boo them.
