The Black population is mostly living in poverty and steal to survive. The Whites are obvious targets as they usually have more. So much for the post apartheid optimism.

Even the most basic dive into their electric problems offers the reasons why. Apart from Oriana. Thriving. And a potential role model, albeit on a micro-scale, for us on the DR.
