In some ways I envy the sort of simple souls who are wholly and dogmatically aligned to one party and for whom viewing life through such a narrow prism produces such simple certainties in outlook. In other ways I do not.

"Affordable homes" is one of the stupidest f***ing phrases ever, they cost what they cost and everyone can afford one with a job and a mortgage. Maybe not the exact one you want, but that's not the point when it's a "need".
