Looks like Negredo to Boro is done, that's a very decent signing for them, wouldnt have minded us signing him.

We should go for edin dzeko, he suits our style, great in the air, links the play has prem exeprience, the only downside I can see is not sell on value. His record when he was in prem with city

this time last year we were all clambering over Loic Remy. With Chelsea stealing Batshuayi from under our noses not in Europe and i can't see him getting much game time ( Presuming Costa Batshuayi and Kennedy are in front of him in the pecking order ) He could be a realistic target for us.

What about some like Bas Dost, injurered for half of last season. He scored 36 goals in 84 games at wolfsberg. He's 6ft 5 so could be a great target man certainly cheaper than benteke. Your thoughts

Whoever it is will be another big lump who doesn't put the ball in the net. Pardew's obsession with a front man and two out wide doesn't produce goals. Gayle should have stayed to play in a 4-4-2.

Don't flatter yourself (or us rather); he would never have considered joining Palace for a microsecond, I doubt he even knows who we are.

Loic Remy not the player his was 2 years ago, far to injury prone
