Tricky, it can be a sexual disorder, and is classed as a fetish but thats not really applicable in most cases. But then so was homosexuality classed as a fetish of sexual disorder for a long time.

Its like all human sexuality, its much more complex than people tend to give it credit for. Human sexuality is fairly fluid, and preferential.

Its worth remembering that around 50% of child sex offenders have the mental age of a child or young teen themselves, even if they have an adult body and urges.
