Spare us the pain and simply revoke it.

No deal is off legally and the deal is far worse than remaining.

And revoking actually ends it.

Changing your position? So at one time Remainers called for a 2nd Referendum now its let's not bother just cancel the whole thing.

And this is supposed to united the country?

No I have been advocating revoking for ages as i thought it was simply not deliverable.

You want another 7-10 years of this?

No offence to leavers.

Brexit was over the moment it started.

Brexit is an idea.

Brexit is hypothetical.

Brexit is a concept.

If we have learned 1 thing in the last 3 years, it is that "leave means leave" is empty and hollow rhetoric, a true fallacy.

It is not an implementable plan. It is hard to implement something, which has no clear pathway to becoming implementable, and no consensus thereon.

I am sorry but that is the bottom line. It is simply not implementable in the current form. If it was, it would have been implemented already.

The political system in the UK is unable to deal with a massively divisive issue which basically splits the country 50/50, give or take a few percentage points.

More foresight about Northern Ireland, no deal, what the EU might agree to influencing a less binary ballot paper, and it would have all been over so much earlier.

It was probably a bit like the Trump presidency, up until a few days before he definitely didnt think he would win.

After Farage, Johnson, Davis and Gove got this through, what did they do personally to actually deliver it?

Here is what I dont understand. People who want Brexit, who believe in it, who truly think it is better than being in the EU, why not agree to a second vote (you were correct about Hammond BTW).

There is an impasse in parliament. Given that indisputable fact, and that there simply is no majority anywhere for no deal (not in parliament, the lords, the public, anywhere), where else are you going to turn?

If you believe in Brexit, and want it to be delivered, then your only way forward is a second referendum where if a majority still agrees with you, you will get your wish!

But it still would not be accepted, certainly by some of the posters on here

None taken.

I have just notice in the last few weeks a shift from the Remainers as they sense victory maybe they are getting greedy but the mood seems to be moving from asking for a 2nd referendum to cancelling the whole thing.

As someone who voted remain I am not sure why we aren't leaving. We (remainers) lost the vote. It seems to me that it's not whether we leave that needs answering just how and when we should leave.

If there is a referendum that should be the question as the clowns in the Commons can't decide let us do it for them. As far as I'm concerned you could have choices from the softest Brexit to No Deal (and declare war on France ).

To cancel would be wrong and very anti-democratic under the terms of the referendum.

I have just emailed my MP to ask him to check if she had a special dispensation from the Probation Service to break the usual curfew imposed on tag wearers of being at their residence between7 pm and 7 am, and if not what action will be taken against her second criminal act.....I won't hold my breath though

it is not funny 'cause, their lack of rights will end up in court, and perhaps another vote.

politics is truely falling apart, mostly along the lines of race anf religon.
