Public opinion has been tested already and before everyone was deliberately put through all this nonsense.
The only questions are when and how we leave. Leavers do not want a Brexit that is virtually no different to remaining.

And thats why we are in this mess.

A binary answer to a non binary highly complex question.

I agree with a Brexit in all but name, its a nonsense.

None of this changes the simple fact that we are running out of options to move out of the impasse.

Never thought I would be watching the House of Lords on a live stream.

It like parliament except the extra years have rendered the jeers and cat calls as quite toothless.

I would have abolished its voting powers years ago.

The wisdom of the old is welcomed but the votes of the unelected are not.

And would you have expected the public to vote on these complex questions? Be serious.

I'm certain that most half intelligent people knew what they wanted from Brexit.
Any vote now on any of the details would be heavily loaded with Party political and globalist bias. It can't happen, even with no option to remain.

Sometimes you have to grit your teeth and walk through the door of uncertainty because it is better than the alternative. In this case, that is political turmoil at a level we haven't seen since Cromwell.

That is ballsy when you are talking about peoples jobs and livelihoods.

"Better than the alternative". Therein is an ironic point. The alternative to a no deal brexit could be staying in the EU.

I know you truly believe a no deal crash out of the EU is better than staying in, I just happen to totally disagree with that, as do many.

Seems the PM is on my side of this argument now also, as she has basically ruled out no deal.

Anything other than a proper Brexit will guarantee that this issue will rumble on for decades. People will only see the true cost of remaining when it is too late.

We will be worker drones with no rights to control our destiny and a world media telling us how to think as the planet crumbles around us.

She never wanted this despite what she intimated, just another lying pro-remain MP at heart, apparently advised by her non-elected husband Philip. Google him it is quite enlightening

Yeh, of course it is.

Or maybe it isn't...

Perhaps we should have a referendum on this

This is the referendum question on the paper we answered.

Nowhere on it did it say...if you vote leave.....we are leaving, but only if we can get the deal we want.

Betrayal.

A series of Facebook ads run by a pro leave group which cost 1m appears to have been funded by a mysterious group and unknown who exactly is funding it, although the trail leads back to a former advisor to Boris Johnson. The ads appear as though the general weight of public opinion is for a no deal, which is complete fabrication and urging people to write to their MPs to force it through

The murky world of the leave campaign

It was written on the back of the voting slip, in braille.

The triggering of article 50 necessitates entering into negotiations to build a so called "withdrawal agreement".

That was written in there before 2016.
