The words, 'South American beef deal' just reminds me of the particularly unfortunate and unusually violent reaction my body had to my last Mexico food experience. South American food tastes mighty fine....but my body seems to have developed a surprisingly unforgiving immigration policy.

It's called central America but it's on the northern American continent.....but I think we all know the reality is that when we say north American in the modern sense we mean European and when we say Mexican we mean latino.....and I'd say the differences between latinos and south Americans are minor enough to equate to the differences between Europeans. So that was the sense in which I was typing....but again, factual pedantry is a bonus....so I tip my hat.
