Seems the democrats (and the mainstream media) have learned nothing from the Meuller debacle.

This whole Ukraine “scandal” is clearly a huge pile of nothing.

The idea that a “whistleblower” decided that this phone call was worth whistle blowing simply does not stack up.

That's the point.

Impeachment won't succeed unless it becomes obvious to the Republicans that Trump cannot win next year and then they will drop him very swiftly.

The more Trump's many failings get put on open display the quicker that might happen and the less likely it becomes that his stock will rise with anyone but his hard core base support.

Trump's reactions could have been written by any one of us they are so familiar and predictable by now.

For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally.

Yesterday he demanded a journalist asking about the Ukrainian issue instead ask the President of Finland a question.

Then, when the President of Finland started talking about WTO rules and fishing quotas, Trump interrupted and said "Another great American victory. You didn't get those with previous presidents did you?"

The man is insane, and in fact the madder he gets, the more he just becomes a post-modern symbol of American decline. He's like Homer Simpson, Jordan Belfort and the Jonestown Massacre all rolled in to one.
