The idea of punishing people who are not guilty is about as anti-British as I can imagine something being. It also affects the right to a fair trial, among other cornerstones of the British Justice system. Its odd that someone who complains about tearing down statues as the thin edge of the wedge, would suggest a system of 'justice' that would effectively set precedent for tyranny.
