We give those women a voice and should not be surprised when they spout a lot of bitter twisted tosh.

Women have a voice, we don't give it to them.

What a wonderful example of predisposition.

Who said that 'we' meant men? Or are you just stating an obvious physiological fact?

I think your original response tells us all we need to know.

How are you defining significant in this statement? Some, a few, statistically significant?

Now I agree, there are a some, question is really why do they hate men. Some have very good reasons (given the prevalence of sexual violence, domestic violence against women and the difficulty of obtaining justice).

I look at the rape to conviction rate, and it makes me angry. I can only imagine how people who have been raped feel about that. Men don't really have that same kind of experience that might validate why someone feels hatred.

So you think that being raped is worse than having your kids taken away from you for example?

I think your observation is subjective and rather odd since you are a man.

Sure being raped is awful but the conviction for rape reflects the complexity of proving it. Men abuse women for sure but men abuse other men as well. Women surely abuse men, albeit perhaps in different ways.

Yes. I think it is. Most people don't have their kids taken away from them, they split up and have to establish which parent the kids will live with - and for the most part, this doesn't even require court proceedings. In cases where people have their kids taken from them, its under jurisprudence - and unless you've done something pretty terrible - you still have access to your children.

Not really its an example. Experience of sexual violence and abuse by women is a very real, and pretty common experience. It wouldn't surprise me that people who have had such experiences, develop issues in response to it. Most women, sensibly, are much less trusting of being alone with a man, than a woman.

You mean the system, defined my men (predominately). Not that surprising. The system protects rapists, because we pursue the cases as if they were any other crime, which means that reasonable doubt defences are very successful, in a way that they aren't in most other cases.

If you get arrested with half a kilo of heroin in your suitcase, saying 'Someone else put it there' cuts no mustard in court, where as saying that 'it was consensual' is immediately accepted.

Of course, sometimes someone else did put it there, but the onus is on the defendant to prove that. When the defended says 'it was consentual' the onus then falls on the prosecution.

I was sexually molested between the ages of 11 and 12, by a gang of girls at my school who would regularly target the younger pupils. I can empathise with how sexual violation feels and how it affects you.

So a gang of girls molested you and this makes you feel sorry for the plight of women?

Odd logic but each to their own.
I'd say that abuse of either gender is equally unacceptable.

As for men(or women) being separated from their kids being worse than rape. Only a non parent would hold your view in most cases I suspect. There are many examples were women use kids as pawns for revenge on the ex partners or obtain financial gain irrespective of any legality.

Rape is an emotive subject but I don't think we can start banging up men without sufficient evidence just to appease femminist anger. It might also help if some women stopped falsely claiming rape where none occured.

It's not a great comparison.

A bag of heroin is physical evidence of wrong-doing. Whatever happened in this case the law has been broken.

Rape has no such easy evidence of a crime being committed. It is a crime that in truth is all about consent.
