That's not accurate. You are inferring a conclusion from actions but without evidence.

We should wait for evidence and process.

Exactly right, apparently he was not even told of what the allegations were.

The labour party failed in their duty to this MP who appears to have been a tireless public servant.

The person who sacked him in this way must resign forthwith IMO.

Political correctness at the expense of justice and common decency.

Yep, sacking someone on an allegation that they can't respond to.

Some boss that is.

In employment, there is little weight placed on actual evidence. Hearsay and the word of a person can be enough to get you sacked. It is up to the individual concerned to pursue a claim for wrongful dismissal. In politics, there are different forces at play but in any event, this case is quite sickening.
A man takes his own life because of an outbreak of puritanical spite and political muck spreading. Whatever this man did or didn't do, he is now dead.
Is this the world we want?

Is this why Prescott was always on the election bus with Corbyn? I will help out if you give my son a job?

And to protect the parties concerned, he won't be told who said what and therefore won't necessarily know what he is defending himself against.
