How much do you think we import versus is developed after they arrive?

A few nutters are born (the chronically psychopathic perhaps) but I think most are nurtured. Not sure how you stop it being nurtured though. Stigmatising people seems to have the opposite affect but I'm not sure how you get isolated / fearful people (of whatever stripe) to engage constructively. Come across some ideas in education, but the system is so in hock to exams there's little room or resource for other things.

Obvious solution. Don't let them come here at all. Worst of all are people who are already damaged by their experiences. Ask any criminal psychologist. That is refugees out for starters.

It seems people don't have an opinion on religious fundamentalists in America putting through pro religious legislation.

Or is it that they find it hard to criticise 'the right'?
